Business and professional staff were helpful and capable. I am a nervous patient and they were caring and effective. The process is difficult for me but they saw me through it very professionally. The nurse was very thorough in guiding me on all of the care details, with explanations and materials and called me this morning to review everything, check on my condition and procedures and answer all questions. The doctors at Kanata where the initial consultation was and Carling Avenue where the procedure was done were very helpful. All of my files were organized well at both locations.

Dr Irvine, his nurse Carlin and his dental assistant Christina are the best. They helped me feel comfortable and relaxed before having my molar extracted. I had minimal swelling and pain the following day. This was my second tooth extraction by Dr Irvine. Why go anywhere else when he’s the best.

Great services, friendly and knowledgeable front desk staff & will check you in promptly. They offer sedation services during the procedures which is super helpful. I got my wisdom tooth removed and had no complications with aftercare as the discharge instructions were clear and was given proper pain management for the first couple days. I can only recommend to keep appointments that are scheduled because mine was cancelled 3 times by Dr. Lee and seen a new specialist altogether the day of surgery which he was great with his bed side manner and humor but I forget his name. I had picked the Orleans location but had to go to Carleton location which was a bit inconvenient. The wait time is quite long so be prepared to wait a few months after the clinic receives your referral. The nurse I had was amazing and stayed with me until I became conscious in the post op room.
I came here once for an (expensive) consultation since they were a referral from my orthodontist for wisdom teeth removal. When I reflect back, it was one of the weirdest appointments I've ever had. The doctor came off like a sleazy but competent car salesman. Haha, I won't name and shame since I'm sure he meant well, he is just very arrogant. Glowing reviews, but wasn't very professional towards me in particular.
As a note to all, you don't have to go to this place. Everyone refers to them and while they do good work, shop around, especially if you don't require general anesthesia. I handed their quote over to my dentist, and he flatly told me he could do it for a third of the price. Unless you have a complicated case, I suggest you start with your regular dentist for simple wisdom tooth extractions.
Very pleased with the professionalism and the overall experience I had here. Went for wisdom tooth extraction and they were running on time for the appointment, efficient, but they were very thorough in explaining the procedure to myself and to my partner after, for post-surgery care. Would highly recommend.
